Shipping methods
Three methods are available:
- Free shipping on orders over $49, before tax and after any discount.
- Standard shipping, 2–4 business days, at a flat $5.99 for orders below that threshold.
- Express shipping, 1–2 business days, at a flat $12.99.
How costs are calculated
Shipping is calculated from the address you enter at checkout, against the shipping zone that address falls into. Your cart shows an estimate once enough address detail is available; the final figure appears on the order review step before you pay. If your basket crosses the free shipping threshold, the free method is offered automatically and you can still choose a different method if one applies.
Where orders ship from
Orders are fulfilled by Diqi Store LLC, 707 Richmond Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106, United States. Transit times will depend on the distance from that origin once a carrier is contracted.
Delivery areas
We sell and ship to addresses in the United States and Vietnam. Addresses outside those areas cannot complete checkout.
Delivery timing
Standard shipping usually arrives within 2–4 business days and Express within 1–2, counted from dispatch rather than from when you place the order. Those are estimates rather than guarantees — weather, carrier backlogs and remote addresses all move them.
Chilled and frozen items
Chilled and frozen products need packaging and handling that a standard parcel service does not always provide. Where those arrangements are not confirmed for your address, the affected methods will not be offered at checkout.
Order confirmation
Every order generates a confirmation email to the address on the order, with the items, totals, chosen shipping method and order number. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact help@diqistore.com.
